Online ordering on Match Mag Store is simple. Just follow the easy steps below.
Move through the site to find the products you want. You can do this by clicking on the menu links at the top of the page, or by going to the search pages. When you have a product displayed that you wish to buy, select the size you want then click on 'add to basket', your basket will be displayed and you can continue shopping or checkout directly.
Please make sure you provide a valid email address when you shop so that we can contact you to keep you informed about your order.
When you have collected the items you want to buy in your basket, click on the purchase button to send us your order. You will be asked some questions about delivery details and how you want to pay for the goods. Please note all prices displayed on the site are in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.
The simplest option is to choose to pay by credit card online. If you do this, we will be able to send your goods as soon as you have completed the order process. We accept the following Credit and Debit cards:
If your credit or debit card does not operate in Pounds Sterling your card company will convert the transaction into your own currency on your statement. All transactions will appear on your statement as "Lovell Rugby".
All credit card and personal details that you send to us through the Internet are encrypted for your safety, which ensures they cannot be seen by anyone attempting to intercept your visit to our site.
However, if you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can telephone our Customer Services department who will take your order and card details. For British customers only we will also accept cheques in Pounds Sterling but we will not be able to start processing your order until we receive your cheque, and the cheque has cleared through our normal banking procedures, normally 5 working days.
Standard delivery orders will be shipped via Hermes or Royal Mail (Please see Delivery table on the right for further information). We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 3 working days.
When placing your order, you have the option to choose an Express Delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm and will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Depending on your location, there are two Express Delivery services, the prices of which are outlined below:
This service is available to all mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses but extended delivery times may be experienced to Northern Scotland and other isolated areas.
Please note that both express delivery services require a signature upon delivery.
For just £5.95 you can also collect from a convenient Collect+ local shop. Collect+ is a network of over 5500 local shops nationwide, and you'll be offered your closest store options in checkout.
Once you've placed your order and your parcel has arrived at the Collect+ store, you will receive your unique bar code via email or text message, so you can go and collect your order. The time of day your order is available will vary as it depends on the time your order is scanned in as received by the Collect+ shop.
If you've also given us your mobile phone number, we'll send you a text message when your goods are ready for collection. Please save the message, and bring your phone with you to show the text as proof of purchase, along with the payment card you used. For your protection against fraud, we can't release your order without seeing your payment card.
Your confirmation text and/or email will contain your unique barcode, so please bring this with you. We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must present your order number, Collect+ barcode, and their photo ID (passport or photo driving license).
Your order will be available for collection at your chosen shop for 10 days, after which it will be returned to our warehouse and your account will be refunded, but please allow up to 2 weeks for this.
Normally delivered in 5-7 working days.
For shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands there is a fixed shipping charge of £8.50; for Italy there is a fixed shipping charge of £12.00
For products to be delivered elsewhere within the EU a charge of £7.20 is made for the first item. An extra charge of £3.60 per item is made thereafter. Delivery times vary throughout the EU.
Match Mag Store have a maximum carriage rate for certain EU countries. This means once your carriage costs reach a certain amount, you can add further items to your order without incuring extra delivery charges. The maximum carriage rates are shown below:
Please note that a parcel is only deemed missing after 25 working days. A claim for a missing parcel can not be started until this time has passed.
For products to be delivered to the Rest Of The World a charge of £12.00 is made for the first item. An extra charge of £6.00 per item is made thereafter. Delivery times vary throughout the world.
Match Mag Store is not responsible for any import taxes due on deliveries where payable in certain countries where this applies
